What is Other in IPhone storage?
My IPhone 6s is almost full, and when I look to see what is on it, it says over half is full of "Other." What is it? It's not apps or music or photos. I looked online and it said to clear internet browser history and that did nothing. Could it be one of my apps? I just want it gone.
It mostly has cache and data used by your apps like FB, WhatsApp etc.
By the passage of time apps increase and contain all the data.
- What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.

I know there are some apps to view the 'other' but i don't want to pay for them, is there any free apps similar to this without jailbreak or any other ways to get rid of it?
