What is the best camera to buy for low lighting and under $200?

I'm going to a concert this summer and will be sitting in the upper level. I rely on picture taking now with my iPhone 5. I went to a concert just last week, was in the 4th row, and my pictures still weren't great. I'm definitely looking to buy a camera that is good for this setting of being far from the stage at a concert.

You can't get a camera good in low lighting at that price, but it won't matter anyway, as good cameras won't be allowed in.

The Nikon P310 has one of the fastest lenses available for low lighting (f/1.8), which rivals many DSLR lenses. A fast lens means good low-light capability.

This camera is on discount as it has been discontinued, so the availability (and price) is variable. As of today, you can get one for $180 at Amazon.

The only issue is the lens is a 4.2x zoom, which means you have to be close. As long as you are close; such as in the 4th row, you will be fine.

If you buy a bridge camera with a long lens, you will not have any better low-light results than with your iPhone.

The only camera I can think of is the Fuji Finepix S4500 @ $150.00 or if you can find one, the discontinued Fuji Finepix S4200 @ $129.00-try amazon.

This camera is relatively small, I really don't know if they will allow you in with it at concerts. It does look relatively amateurish but does an excellent job at taking sharp quality pictures. Don't forget at the distance you are and the lighting will require relatively high ISO which leads to graininess. But the zoom lens is long and should magnify enough for you. For a quality picture I suggest you purchase one of theirs, that they sell.
