What is the best iPhone insurance?
I'm going to buy an iPhone 4s and am trying to compare insurance providers before I invest in insurance.
Apple care
Asurion is the carrier insurance. See what the deductible would be for the amount of GIGS you have in your phone or your carrier. Your other good bet would be Apple Care, their prices are online.
Get Apple Care Plus. It is a good deal. I have Verizon insurance on my phone and it is SUCH a bad deal… I have to pay $11/mo PLUS $169 to replace my phone if something goes wrong.
With Apple Care Plus, it works much better. It cost $99 for two years and it covers all hardware problems in that time and will replace it for free if they need to. If you brake it accidentally (dropped, water logged, ran over by a car, etc… ) or if it gets stolen, then you send it back (if it wasn't stolen) and pay Apple $50 and they will replace it for you with no questions asked. Apple will only replace it for you two times in those two years if it was something you did to the phone and it broke.
Also, I'm not 100% sure, but I think that you can only by Apple Care Plus if you buy the iPhone directly off the Apple website.
- What would the insurance cost for an iPhone 4? I want to get and iPhone 4-8 GB and I was wondering how expensive the insurance on it would be? And if its to expensive for me at the moment do you think it would be a horrible idea to go without insurance for a couple months? Or not have any insurance at all?
- What is the best insurance for electronics? I accidentally broke my iPhone 5 screen. While, I've been paying $10 each month for insurance coverage, the Ausrion insurance says I need to pay a deductible of $100 to get a replacement. Wtf, thats HALF price of a new one. This isn't a replacement. It's buying a new one.
- Lost my iphone, claimed insurance but found my iphone. Will both work? My question is i recently lost my iphone 5 (t-mobile) and had already called insurance and am receiving my new iphone5 through insurance. T-mobile had told me that they have lock/blocked my lost phone. But recently my friend had found my phone and is mailing it to me but what i want to know is that will i be able to use both the iphones? Or is the one i lost really locked and unable to use?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
