What is the best way to buy an IPhone?

I really want to buy an IPhone in the next couple months. I either want an IPhone 4 or 4s. I will be using it for mostly texting, calling, taking pictures, and using apps (mostly instagram). Which one is better for me? How can I get an IPhone? I don't mind it being refurbished as long as you can't tell. I don't care who I buy it from as long as they are a trusted seller. I also want a good price. Does anyone have any ideas? Is refurbished bad? Do you know a good place to buy IPhones? Please help me! Thank you any info helps.

Now that the iPhone 5 is out, they lowered the price of the 4s to $99.
And the iPhone 4 is FREE!

You will have to pay for service, of course, but the phone itself is free.

If you want a trusted seller go to Verizon or AT&T.
