What is the best way to read manga on mobile device?

There's Manga Storm which is a scanlation app. It has a wide selection and takes from sites like MangaFox and Batoto, but it's technically illegal because they don't own any of the manga on it.
Other manga apps that are legal will cost money. Viz media has one called "Manga - Naruto, Bleach & More" where you can read their manga releases, and Crunchyroll has a new app called "Manga by Crunchyroll" where all their titles can be read. There's also "Manga Box -Free Manga App", "Kodansha Comics", and "Comixology" which all have manga but may also require a payment or subscription plan.
- Which manga app should I buy? So I have an iPhone 4 and I like to read manga on it. I especially like downloading the manga on my phone so that I can read it later but here's my issue. I'm using a manga app called, Manga Rock and the one previous to that is called, Manga storm. I'm required to buy the app in order to download more than one manga. So which one should I download?
