Without a contract… I won't use t-mobile cause they over charged me.
T-Mobile didn't over charge you, you got less of a plan than you needed and got charged overages. That my friend was on you and would have been on you no matter which carrier you had been on.
But the "cheapest" way to get a phone is to buy a used phone, the BEST way to by a phone is to pay for it outright.
A used phone is usually the cheapest. But try Ebay they sometimes have discounts on electronic phones/computers and stuff
