What is the cost of using my two year verizon upgrade to get an iPhone?
I've always had a basic phone, but now I'm interesting in upgrading to an iPhone. It's time for my upgrade, and on the verizon wireless website, it says that, with the purchase of a two year plan, the iPhone 4s is free, the iPhone 5c is 100 dollars, and the iPhone 5s is 200.
Is this information still accurate if I'm not purchasing a new plan but am just upgrading?

Yes, it should be up to date… However, sometimes verizon has cheaper prices online than what the stores have… For some reason… Best bet is to just go into a store and check them out.
also, look into bestbuy or radioshack, as they usually have phones cheaper than the stores… Same service and stuff, just a little cheaper.
as for tax, it depends on where you are. Tax varies from stat to stat. Its usually around 6-7% though… So depending on what phone you get, just add 6-7% to it and you have yoru number.

I hope to switch from Straight talk over to AT&T so i don't have to continue paying $300+ when I need a new phone. The iphone 6 is about $100 with AT&T s two year contract, and then I'm eligible for an upgrade. Will I be held in that two year contract or would I be able to upgrade earlier to a more recent version? How much does it generally cost to upgrade early?
