What is the difference between a4, a5 and a6 chips in iphones?
What is the difference between a4, a5 and a6 chips in iphones?
They basically get faster as you go. A6 being the fastest and A4 being the slowest.
A6>A5X>A5>A4 and so on. Each one is generally just faster than its predecessor.
Similarities: they are all processors.
Differences: the A4 processor is in the iphone 4, A5 in the iphone 4s also in the new ipod touch 5th gen and A6 is in the iphone 5.
The A6 is said to handle your phone alot better. Runs snoother, and faster loading. A5 chip is a good chip as well. But not as good as the A6. A4 is a bad processor.

- Why is there a huge price difference between 8gb iPhone and 16 and 32? About 6 months ago(so maybe my information is dated) I got a IPhone 4 8 gb with the one dollar upgrade with ATT. I was wondering why I could get 8gb for a dollar and if I remember right the 16 and 32 were several hundred dollars. Why is this when you can get a micro SD 32 Gb card for 20$?
