What is the difference between all the iPhones?

I messed with the first iPhone and didn't like it. Now I have an iPhone 5 for Straight Talk and I love it! It's a really good phone.

But what is the difference between all of them besides size?

Size, memory, processor, camera sensors, RAM, materials, etc. You're asking about a massive comparison that would be pointless to cover considering you're asking about the differences between 6 generations of iPhones. Well since you had the 1st & now the iPhone 5 I'd compare those 2 & it'll pretty much explain the differences over the years.

Since the 1st iPhone it has

-gained 3G, 4G & 4G LTE support
-gotten slimmer, taller, lighter
-better display with much higher resolution & better viewing angles
-better speakers, louder
-faster Wi-Fi support
-more RAM
-faster processor
-better graphics
-more storage
-better camera, gained a front facing camera, can record video, take pics with flash, HDR, etc
-more sensors
-GPS
-longer lasting battery
