There's no jailbreak for iOS 9.2 at the moment, some think they might release it after 9.2.1 and others think that after 9.3, this to let the jailbreak last long because Apple will patch the exploits used. That is unless you're an iOS security expert and can do it yourself.
Don't try to downgrade because it's not possible since Apple has to sign a version to be able to downgrade and they're not singing any iOS 9 version below 9.2
