What is the easiest way to listen to my iPhone in my Mazda 6 2008?

I just bought this car & was so disappointed with no port for the aux cord. I know you can buy certain cords and wires, but you have to take apart the car, something I can't do. So what is the easiest, cheapest way I can listen to music with my iPhone 5?

Purchase a wireless blu tooth earphone. Like jawbone and many others. I too would check your owners manual and make sure the 08 model is lacking in this area. It may not be. Another option that is free, take the car to the dealership and ask the service department the same thing. They tend to know the ins and outs of the car and will show you in the event that you may be bored to tears searching and reading the owners manual.lol.

Easiest? Use a bungee cord and strap the phone to your ear so you can keep both hands on the steering wheel.

Straight shooter is right. Even better, use zip-ties.

There's actually a product on the market sold by GTA CAR KITS. It is an ipod integration kit and they have one for your Mazda 6.

The install is easy. Took me only about 20mins to do, and I know nothing about car stereos. Just followed the instructional video on their site showing how to install it. Was a breeze.

Once it was installed, it was great. It charges my iphone, your able to control the music from the car radio, and it offers cd quality sound coming from your iphone to your car speakers.

You did mention you don't want to take the car apart, but I think this has been the best solution I've found. And the cost is pretty good too.
The link for the kit your Mazda 6 needs is:

You will also find the instructional video on that page showing how its installed, and used.

  • What's the easiest way to get a hold of an iPhone 5S? I want to buy an unlocked iPhone 5S when it comes out. Currently in Kelowna. Do places like Best Buy or Rogers sell unlocked phones? Or am I going to have to either drive to Vancouver to pick one up or else order online? How long would I have to wait if I ordered online and am I likely to actually end up with a phone if I did drive down to Van? Thanks! Also, is it possible to order inline and pick up in store? And if so, how much sooner would I end up with a phone by doing so?
