What is the iphone warranty protection plan (a2)?
Why do I have it? I bought my iphone off of amazon used and I went into apple to get my sleep button replaced for free but on the receipt it says I have protection plan a2? But when I checked the website for my warranty status with my original iphone serial number it says my "serial number has been replaced." I'm using a lender right now until they fix my phone…
I can't imagine why you're asking the question here instead of asking Apple.
A2: iPhone's Applecare protection plan that's been extended 2 years past the courtesy year they give us. Yes, your original SN associated with your account has been replaced by the new(used) one you just got. You're still covered so don't worry about it. Best luck.
- Where can I look for AppleCare Protection Plan for my iPhone in Malaysia? The warranty of my 5S will end some time around December 2014 and I have the intention to extend the coverage. I'm aware that AppleCare for iPhone is not available in Malaysia but is it possible for me to purchase the plan from Australia and register the ACPP agreement onto my iPhone? It seems to be possible to me but what I'm worried about is, will the Australian ACPP be compatible to my iPhone that was bought in Malaysia?
- What is radioshacks electronic protection plan? Okay I have a 3year RadioShack electronic protection plan. Does that mean it my item stops working, I can take it back and they will give me a new one? Because I have an iPhone 5 charger that I purchased from them on 6/3/13 and it has stopped working properly. Would I be able to take it to the store and get a new one for it?
- Sprint total equipment protection plan? I cracked my iPhone 5s screen and I have sprint total equipment insurance plan with my iPhone will they replace my iPhone 5s with a new one the same day? Or will they replace the screen?
