Since the photo was taken by an iPhone, it is doubtful that a photo filter was placed in front of the cameras lens.
What you link showed use is an image in Photoshop and it has been manipulated by the retoucher.
Since you have the screen capture, it must have come from someone's website. You will have to go directly to them for an accurate answer
