What is the problem with the iPhone 5 charger?

I had my iPhone 5 for a long time and nothing went wrong with it and I had the phone charger that came with the phone in the box. After some months the charger was not working we bought a new one and also after sometimes that happened again. This charger is the 3rd charger we bought it did the same exact thing. I found out when I was charging my phone the 1st week it was charging then stopped, charged, stopped and after that week it did not charge. The problem is with the cable only. If you know any way to fix it or any solution to fix this problem please write below.

You can try "wireless charging" it avoids the hassle of charging cords but other than that I can't really say.

I've been having similar troubles to you. I received the Lightning charger (the smaller one for new devices) with my iPod 5th gen and after a month or so it broke. The problem was at the end of the wire and made it so it would only charge at a specific angle. I bought a new Apple official charger from PC World and the same thing happened after roughly the same amount of time. I decided to switch to the iWantIt charger (unofficial chargers that supply PC World) to see if that would change anything. BTW it didn't. Luckily I had a 3 month guarantee on it so I got it replaced with a new one. This new one is the charger i'm currently using and after just a week i can already see signs of wear despite being extra careful of the way i treat it. My best advice is to just keep getting it replaced and to use Apple official ones only as they last slightly longer. Its inconvenient but its the only solution to apples evil money making schemes.
