What is the sudden obsession with siri and AI relationships?
First it started with the artificially intelligent assistant Siri.
then, once everybody knew what artificial intelligence was,
everyone became obsessed with it. Cleverbot, Siri, etc
then that stupid Spike Jones movie came out, and now everyone is obsessed with the concept of having an emotional relationship with their smartphone. They have personal girlfriend apps in the Google Play Store now that have a little avatar chick, that talks to you using an AI program.
then tonight, the new episode of The Boondocks,
Robert buys an iPhone 5, falls in love with Siri, and the ***** develops a conscious, hack his facebook, takes over his life and blackmails him into marrying her. Lol
"Sudden"? Where have you been for the last 40 years?
What if my hackers libeled me o.O

- Why won't my drag and drop syncing on iPhone 4 work all of a sudden? I have the newest version of iTunes and an iPhone 4, I've always used the drag and drop function to add new music to my phone. All of a sudden it just doesn't work anymore. Somebody please help me, this sucks! Why has this happened?
- Why is IPhone Siri funnier than iPad Siri? I have an iPad mini. Siri is so boring on mine. She just says, "I can't answer that." Or "is that so?". On my friends iPhone, she replies really funny. Also on the Internet I see funny convos with Siri all from iPhone and not on iPad mini. Why is it that siri is funnier on iPhone? They are both part of apple!
- Why are there so many spam adverts all of a sudden? In the last couple minutes, loads of those spam ads have appeared around all the websites I'm on, like Facebook, twitter, Google and this website. The ads are like how to lose weight in 5 mins, chat requests, and the games like shooting the iPhone. Happened really suddenly and wanna know if there's a way to get rid of it or if its a virus or something, thanks! Pop-up ads are and have always been disabled!
- Sudden drop in download speed? Yesterday I noticed that suddenly my internet speed was terrible. It still says the signal strength is "excellent" but i can't even manage to watch a YouTube video at 240p which is really saying something. Also I have noticed with my iPhone connected to the same Wi-Fi I still get great download speeds and no problem watching videos and such. Any help would be great.
