Is this a type of vest maybe? Does it even have a name?
It's the thing being warn like a vest that goes up the neck.
I'm not quite sure but it looks like a sort of corset dress. I have no idea where you could get one, but if you have an iphone (or smartphone?) you could try the app called "The Hunt". There you can post anything you want and a bunch of people will send you links to where you can find it.

- Starting a clothing line with only tshirts? I'm thinking about starting an online clothing brand, and I wanted to start with tshirts.
