What is Vine app for iPhone?
An app for iPhone, maybe Android too but not sure. I hear people talking all about it.

Vine is an social networking application in which you can share your pictures and follow peoples as like in Ins ta gram.
- Why won't vine videos on my iphone load or play? I have tried uninstalling and everything and logging out and it just shows the picture It hasn't been fixed yet anyone know how to fix it?
