What is wrong with Verizon wireless?

I have an iPhone 4. I refill it with my monthly plan of $60. I refill it by dialing *611 it has worked every time I've never had a problem until yesterday at the store they didn't have a 60$ card so I got 4 $15 cards and went about putting them in. After about 5 try's I finally got that one in. I went to put my 2nd $15 card in and it said please type in your 10-15 digit code I typed it in then they said please wait while we process your card so I waited and it said please enter you 10-15 digit code and the stupid thing just kept repeating it's self. I took it to verizon and they said but new cards so I did and it did the same thing. It's so frustrating, so If anyone could help Please LET ME KNOW! Btw I called customer Seville an they said the card may not be activated but I went to the store and it was activated. Please Please Help

Have you checked your payment source? Could your payment account have less than the expected $60 in it?

While you were there, you should have let them put the cards in, after all they sold them to you.
