What my ethnicity? Where is my skin from?

Hi! I know it's kind of an odd question but can you help me determine my ethnicity/race? I'm not adopted. I know my ancestors come from Scotland and England but there's a story that my grandfather told my dad that a Spanish man "hooked up" with one of my ancestors. But there's no proof to say that this isn't a myth.
So moving onto the actual color of my skin. It's more yellow than anything. It's not olive though it does sometimes look it. In natural light my skin is a light/pale gold. Although its hard to tell when taking a picture with an iPhone. My hair is light brown and It's pretty much naturally straight. My eyes are always dark brown and never change colors.
I hope you can help me. I've wanted to know the answer for years. I've had people tell me I'm just white but I don't agree when I'm with a group of white people. Thanks so much for you're time! Spain is in Europe and Spaniards are Europeans so that makes you white. People in the Mediterranean areas tend to darker hair, eyes and complexion… However, there are many dark people who are native to the British Isles too. Look at Catherine Zeta Jones, and she is not that unusual. I myself have much darker hair than you do, though slightly lighter eyes and also have an olive hint to my skin.

You're just white. That story about some Spanish man doesn't mean anything. The Spanish are from Spain and they are European so you are just white…

You are white… A lot of people in Europe aren't pale as ghosts, you don't have olive skin (not the ''olive'' used by Americans… Which means brown skin… ), and you're a white person.
The Spanish are indeed white.
You could be Spanish, Scottish or English…
