What Polaroid camera is better?

So I want to get a Polaroid camera. I've always enjoyed taking pictures of me and friends and just random stuff like nature. So I decided to get a Polaroid camera because the photos come out easy and fast. Plus I just like the way their designed. I do have an iPhone and digital camera already for photo taking. I really wanted a Polaroid for the way it looks. I like the way the one steps looks way better than the instant. So what's the difference of the one steps and instants. What's the pro and cons and whic one is better. Picture taking wise and use.

Stop delving on how the camera looks and instead find out where you can buy film packs.

It's cool you're interested in Polaroid Instant Film cameras but I think you've got a few things to learn before you can really get into this type of photogaphy:

1--a One Step is a model of Instant Film camera, "Instant" is not a model of camera, "instant" is the type of film for which Polaroid is famous.

2--Polaroid stopped making film and film cameras several years ago leaving two manufacturers; Fujifilm and Impossible Project. Impossible makes films that fit old Polaroid models such as the One Step series.

3--Fuji Instax cameras and films are brand new, and higher quality (in terms of durability and the colours are brighter on the prints) than old Polaroids (which may or may not work anymore) and Impossible Project films (which are made in very small batches with which results in prints not lasting as long and colours not being as vibrant and high selling costs.) You should research each type of film and which look/price you prefer instead of basing decisions on the camera alone since the film has the biggest impact on the what the image looks like and what the operating cost of the camera will be.

4--There is no such thing as "better" without a purpose. You say "picture taking wise and use" but clearly all cameras were made to take pictures and use so under those terms, any camera that works can be defined as good. There are many types of instant film cameras out there but for the beginner, I suggest Instax Mini, Instax Wide or Impossible 600 film cameras. These types of films do not require any work to develop them and the cameras that they fit are point and shoot style. Fuji and Impossible also make professional grade instant films that require you to understand more about film and photography in order to use.

5--I would highly recommend as new a Polaroid One 600 camera that you can find if you want to shoot Impossible film. The older cameras may look cooler but they may not work and in order to find out, you'll go through pack after pack of film (at $20 per 8 shot pack) to see if they work or not. You may get luck but you may not. It's better to play it safe when starting out. If you go with Fuji Instax instead (which can cost as little as $12 for 20 shots), any of the cameras are excellent and it's just up to your personal tastes and budget.
