First you should call up your network provider usually if you've completed your contract they'll be happy to unlock your phone. Whenever I've needed a phone unlocking that the network won't unlock I've just gone into a cheap phone shop or stall and they unlock it for a few dollars that way you won't have to mess about with dodgy websites.
Heard the prices increased recently for whatever reason but Chronic Unlocks was the one I used.
