What's the best Advanced Learner's English dictionary as an iPhone 5c app?

Since I'm planning to spend money on this dictionary, I'm expecting these features:
1. Tenses for verbs (must be included)
2. Plural form for nouns (must be included)
3. Off-line pronunciation ("Off-line" is optional, but pronunciation must be included. And I hope it's not so robotic.)
4. Examples for different meanings (must)

I found these available on my iTunes:
Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary $15.99 Audio version is $21.99
Collins COBUILD Advanced Dictionary (6th edition, 2009) $9.9
Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English 9.99
Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary $30.99

I use Collins COBUILD on my computer. I'm very happy with Collins, but I'm not sure if the app is as good as the computer version. Please help me out. Any advice will be appreciated.

Added (1). Fuzzy search is also a great feature. Tell me about your experience with these dictionary apps.

  • Where can i go to learn how to make a dictionary like iphone app? I just want to make an app where one would enter a word and a phrase would pop out that was associated with that word. I guess i would need to build a database to store all of the info. I'm clearly new to this. I don't want to do this for a living i just want to make one app. It would be great if you could point me in the right direction or if you know yourself that would be great as well. • Recommended Kanji Dictionary iPhone app? I'm looking for an iPhone app that is a Kanji dictionary where I can write an unknown kanji and it will give me the meaning. I would prefer it if it works even if the stroke order is wrong because I'm not always sure about how to write it. I just need it solely as a dictionary. Teaching/quizzing me isn't necessary Free is the preferred option but I will buy it if it's good.
