What's the best wallpaper for an iphone?

I'm a male and want something cool and elegant.

I use one of the defaults on the iPhone.

Otterbox is very good

I have an iphone 4.(jailbroken)So I got this picture (from google) and I wanted to set it as my wallpaper for my home screen but when I set it and I go to the home screen to see it, every time I move my phone, my wallpaper moves kind of with the direction I'm moving the phone. Is there a way to stop this? Or is that the way it's suppose to be?
