What's this for and why does it happen?

Ok so when I'm using my phone I'll have my data on and I'll have like 4G or 3G whichever one I can get and then out of nowhere my thing will switch to an "E" and then when it's at an E nothing loads. So what does the E even mean and what's it for? Like why is It there and why won't anything load when it does that? I have an iPhone btw

The "E" is part of LTE and the "L" and "T" can't load because there's little to no service around. At least that's what I think but i don't know I'm probs wrong

The E stands for EDGE. When that happens, it is on 2G data speeds. Stuff will load but at very (and I mean VERY) slow speeds.

  • Why is my car playing music from my iPhone, even though I didn't do anything to make that happen? Also, I was watching a YouTube video at the end of yesterday, and when I got in my car, the title of the video appeared in my car audio display screen. Could I have watched the video? The car has a backup camera, so there's a TV screen in the car. (BTW I have a 2015 Honda Civic LX)
  • Why does this happen with the iPhone? So sometimes (rarely, but enough to make me question it) when my boyfriend texts me it comes from his iCloud email. I told him and he told me he also experienced that sometimes when I text him, saying it comes from my email. We don't know how or why. So why does this happen? we both have iPhones
  • Why does this happen when i try to jailbreak my iphone? When ever i try to jail break my Iphone 4 something comes up and says Failed to decrypt kernal, how do i fix this so it can work?
  • Why does this happen to my texts? I have an IPhone 4S and also am on Vodafone UK. My other half has a motorola phone and is on orange i think. When i text him sometimes my phone will add another part of a text that is days(sometimes months old). Also sometimes we both receive texts from each other that are days or months old… Why does this happen? And how can i stop it? Signal is always abit bad for me as i live in the countryside. But signal is good for him as he lives in the city
