What's up with my iphone 5c?

Awhile ago, my home button just stopped working. Had to press down extremely hard to get it to barely work so i turned on that short cut that lets me press the home button on screen. Just a couple days ago, my screen wouldnt turn on. I can hear it ringing when someone calls me but I can't answer because pressing the home button and power won't turn on the screen so I've been somewhat phoneless. Today, I was able to turn the screen on bt holding the power button for a couple seconds. My homescreen is frozen but I can swipe up and down to bring up the control panel and notifications screen as well as press the shortcut button that she's Siri, Home, Control Center. Etc. I've been trying to hard reset but haven't been able to get that to work since my home button isn't working and it seems like my power button is also not working too well. I've had this phone for about a year and a half now so I don't think I have Apple warranty left on it and I don't have protection from my carrier. What are my options or any possible fixes?

Your phone is broken. You can't fix it. You'll need to take it to a local phone repair shop. They can be found almost everywhere anymore. It won't be cheap -- at least $100, depending on exactly what's broken.
