I told my boss I need 400$ he said he will give me it with in the next week or so I don't know what I should buy a ps4, iPhone 5s or galaxy s4 I don't know what I should buy please help

I have all 5 episodes on my iPhone 4s when i heard about the walking dead 400 days i was so excited but it seems i can't play it o my iPhone witch its really upsetting since i bought the original series. - Why is the iPhone 5 on craigslist for $300-400? So many ads for $300-400… Could they be fake or what? i bought my iphone 4 off craigslist when my old iphone got lost, i bought it for $160. But iphone 5 for $300 thats a bit cheap.
