What should I consider before buying an iPhone on eBay?
I'm with the company Verizon and I would like to upgrade to another phone for the gigs. I'm happy with the model I have it's just that it only has 8GB. I'm trying to buy one from eBay because I know it will be cheaper, but I don't want to get scammed. So what should I consider?
