What should i do about a gang?

Ok so there was this chinese kid that did a smackcam joke on me. I then took his phone and ran away and he started chasing me. And I accidently dropped his iphone and it almost landed in the sewer. The problem was the back had a crack but the phone still worked. He was extremely mad and said he was going to bring the famous nyc Chinese gang "flying dragons." He said they will slice me up. I don't want to pay him back because he was the one who started it. What should I do I'm not calling the cops and I will not fight 1 v 20

It was in the end your fault for the broke phone, if you don't want to call the cops then buy him a new phone, of course the kid probably doesn't even know the gang. If you want to know if he knows them ask him who is Johnny "Onionhead" Eng if he doesn't know then he probably doesn't know them.

Well you need to call the cops, they're their to protect and serve. Nobody shouldn't live their life feeling intimidated. You would enjoy life better if you feel safe.

Make Sushi out of him

I have no idea what a "smackcam joke" is, but I assume that it was not violent.
YOU stole his phone (robbery) and broke the case (vandalism, whether intentional or not, you stole the phone!).
It seems that ethics and honor (if so endowed) would demand that you at least buy him a new case, or something.
As far as the 'flying dragons' of your imagination, have you no Faith?
Perhaps you just need to do what's right?
Take responsibility for your actions rather obsess over the repercussions!
