What should I do to get Internet access overseas?
During the summer I will be going overseas from the us to Croatia. However, I will possibly be taking an online course and need Internet connection over the entire course. The place where I will be staying at has an computer with Internet access, however the computer might as well be an dinosaur with Internet speeds of a snail. I'm planning to bring my Ipad and iPhone to do the curse, however I'm stuck with the dilemma of getting Internet access while in Croatia on my iPad and iPhone.
PS: the computer has a router but it is not wireless, and money is of no issue.
Anybody have a solution?

What you need to do is find out if there are ISP s out there that have Wi-Fi hotspots that you can sign up for and be able to use where ever you go. I live in Spain and I know that Mercury ( a telecommunication company ) have a tariff scheme where you can sign up from a couple of weeks to a couple of months at a time and allow you to connect to any Wi-Fi hot spot they have using either a smart phone or laptop pc and i pad.
- Will I get charged for accidentally calling someone overseas? I accidentally called this girl from the Philippines. She picked up right away and i hung up after like 1 maybe 2 seconds. I live in Maryland, USA and she's in the Philippines. We also both have iphones. Will I get charged? I'm worried af right now cause my mom will kill me. I heard its expensive
- Travelling to China: How to get access to internet/social media? Ill be travelling to China in a couple of weeks and would ideally like to be able to access Facebook etc to keep in contact with family and friends. Ill be using my iPhone 6s plus, and am using my current provider (vodafone australia). I've heard lots about downloading a VPN, but IIm not very tech savvy at all and need a simple way haha. Ta in advance!

- My Iphone is not letting me access the internet or internet based apps? I have an Iphone 5. Never had any issues but now it won't connect to the internet or any apps. It does the same thing it does when I have no service (just has that little circle symbol that means it's trying to get through). Orginally, I thought it must be a universal problem but everyone else has service and they are in the same location as me. Also I always use my phone here with no problems. I have tried turning it off and on again but nothing.
