What should I do when my IPhone home button doesn't work?
Try to reboot the device, by holding both the Power and Home button for some time. Supposed it should be back to normal after reboot.
Settings- General - Accessibility - AssistiveTouch set to on.
This should make a circle looking thing appear on your screen, this should be able to replace your home button. You can move it around if needed. Tap on it, and you should find a home button there.
I would take it to an Apple Store to look at it. But if you don't want to do that, you can go into Settings > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > On to show a home button on the screen.
