What the heck happened to my iPhone 5?
Okay so I wanted a new ringtone and I downloaded it on my computer and it gave me instructions on how to transfer it to my iPhone 5. But the trouble is I'm completely new to this stuff and so I connected the USB thing to the phone so I could import it there and then it said I needed a new update first so when it finished loading it said it couldn't be completed. Then next thing you know my iPhone screen was stuck on the iTunes screen so I used a new USB connection thing and connected it to my mac and then I wanted to download the new ringtone but then my iPhone restarted itself. It asked Hello. Then it started asking questions like it was totally new again like "Country?" WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?!
It seems like you wiped your phone!
You installed a new iOS update and thus you wiped everything from your phone. You should've backed everything up first. You need to follow the on-screen instructions and set up the phone. After you've done that, try setting the ringtone.

- What the heck is other on my iphone? My iphone is out of service and i only use it for music. It says i have 4gb that is audio only 688 songs while other is 6gb which is near to the capacity. I don't have anything on this phone excpete for less than 15 contacts and a chess game and all the other defualt apps that i don't use. Prior my iphone held 3000 songs just fine until recently I rebooted my music selection to add new music.
- What the heck is a security pin? I'm trying to activate my iphone on the straight talk website, and their asking me for the security pin, i don't know what that is or were its located. I asked my mom and she doesn't know either, can anyone help?
