What to do when you're trapped inside of a city?

Let's say that you don't know places, locations to your hotel in a huuuge city and you are really far away from it (4 hour drive)… What then? Cuz i'm trapped and my nan left me in a store i only have a iphone where only Wi-Fi will work when i try to call someone and i found a Wi-Fi… I texted her on fb an hour ago and this place i'm at is suppose to close at 7 pm. People are nice here thank god. But i'm SCARED AF i'm a girl and 16 years old.
What if my nan is driving to the hotel already? This City is HUUUGE i can't find my way out cuz i wasn't paying attention where we were heading… I got only 300 $$ what should i do? Help

Why she doesn't answer? Don't you have contact over phone? You should be able to decide a spot to meet at, somewhere easy to find or well known in that city.

A phone call to the local police is a good idea, they usually do help!
