What to do with iphone 5 cracked screen?
Dropped my phone today… The screen is just totaled… There's not insurance or anything on it. What to do? There's no apple store around. I can get to a verizon store. Is there anyplace i can get it repaired?
If you where here in nyc you couldve gotten the screen replaced for about 60$… When a store opens see whst they can do, if they tell you they can't replace the screen, their lying because once its sold they fix it and sell it as refurbished

You can always try to fix it yourself first, or have a tech savy friend do it for you. It 's not hard, especially not on the iphone 5. Search model name plus "repair guide" on any search enginge. They will show details about about part replacent etc. In detail. There are other websites that sell all the replacement parts, one of the bigger ones is http://portatronics.com (646) 797 2838. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.
