What to do with iphone5 when iphone 5s comes out?
Ok so if I get the iPhone 5 next month could I return it after a few months to apple, get my money back and buy the 5s. Or could I claim something to be wrong with the iPhone 5 (even though there isn't anything wrong with the iphone 5) that falls within the warranty parameters that would allow me to get my money back

You can't return a used iPhone for a full refund, however, you can do the second method you mentioned which is lie about there being something wrong with the iPhone, however, this is a form of insurance fraud, and as always with deception, you are taking this out at your own risk.
You could do the "warranty" job that should work with ease. Or return back to apple. But i would stick to the warranty job. If comes down you got a year warrant and the 5s should be out by then. Just make sure it falls within the warranty parameters as you said.
Well I think we should wait & see what the 5S brings before thinking about decisions like that. In any case that's not expected for almost a year.
You can only return a phone for a couple of weeks after buying it, maybe up to 30 days. After that you would have a year of warranty where you could exchange it, but only if it broke in a way that is clearly a manufacturing defect. However, if Apple still had iPhone 5 models available at that point, that's what you would get - not a newer iPhone 5s or 6.
If you lie about there something being wrong about the phone, they always give you the unit you had. So even if the iPhone 5S came out when you broke it, they would give you a new iPhone 5, not a 5S.

- Will it be stupid to get the iPhone 4s even when the iPhone 5 comes out? I mean, how much better can it get? And lots of other people will still have the 4, and 4s! Right? And it's cheaper.
- Why is no sound coming out my iPhone. The only sound that comes out is the ringer or when I have headphones hooked up? I have a iPhone 6s. And I recently noticed that no sound is coming out my iPhone. The only sound that works is my ringer and when I have headphones hooked up. My phone is updated to the IOS 12. I tried cleaning out my headphone jack and speakers and it's still doing it.
