What type of iPhone Case is this and where could I buy it from?

I saw someone who had this iPhone case that had like glitter patches that were soft and if you smooth it out on One Direction, the patches changed to another color. It was these patches that are sometimes on clothing material as well. What is it called and where could I get it from?

I don't know but be careful. Some people recently have have gotten chemical burns or skin irritations from phone cases that had sparkles in liquid that leaked.
