What uses MB on my iphone downloading apps or playing the apps?!
It depends on the app itself, the actual downloading DOES use up MB, however, certain apps may have in-game purchases or downloads.
For example, if you were to play, say, Angry Birds, the only downloading you would have to do would be the initial purchase from the App Store. However, if you were to use Meme Generator, you would use up downloads to view the blank memes.

- None of the apps on my iPhone are downloading anymore? I have an iPhone 4s and none of my apps will download or when i try to update the ones I already have, they don't load either. It just keeps giving me a message that says "Unable to Download Application. (whatever app I'm trying to download) could not be downloaded at this time." I have tried shutting my phone off many times and even deleting apps to make sure I don't have too much. Not sure what else I can do.
