What will happen if I plug my new iPhone into my computer?
I've had an iPod for a very long time and I have all of my music currently on my iTunes. I just recently bought an iPhone and I wanted to add some tones and various music to it. Will my music be okay if I plug my iPhone into my computer?
Yes. Because itunes "creates another profile" for your new iPhone. As long as the songs are on the PC you can sync to get those songs into your new iPhone

However when i use the same lead with my charger plug thing the iphone charges fine, and when i use the lead with my ipod and my computer it works fine it seems to just be my phone and computer together?
