What will I need to charge my iPhone 4S in China?

I'm moving to China soon and will need to charge my iPhone. I once read that the iPhone charger has an internal energy (if that's the right word) converter, is that true? I know I'll need a wall plug converter. Also, Will an Unlocked iPhone bought in Australia work with a Chinese sim card in it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All cell phones work on multiple voltages and frequencies so you should not have any trouble charging your iPhone in a Chinese wall socket.

If your unlocked iPhone is a quad band phone it will work in China and everywhere else in the world.

You have no problem with putting a Chinese SIM in your iPhone, the voltage is the same as Australia and the Australian 3 pin plus is the same as used in China

  • Traveling overseas. Need to charge my e cig which i normally charge thru a usb adapter plugged into an iphone charging block Is it safe to charge it like this when the power is 220? Will my e cog get fried or does the charging block regulate the current output?
  • NEED OPINIONS! Is it safe to buy electronics on eBay from CHINA? YES/NO Should I buy an electronic on eBay from China? Is it safe? --- Additional info: I'm looking for a battery case for my iPhone 5, went shopping today and the ones I found were had warranty, came with customer service, you know the safe kind, but a bit pricey. I went home and searched on eBay, and I got results for cases like, $10! Dirt cheap! But I'm a bit worried it might explode. Should I go back to the store for the safe (pricey) one? Or just get one on eBay?

  • IPhone loses charge overnight.a lot of charge. Why? My iPhone 4S was on 5.1.1 but i did restore the software last week and used a backup to also restore the files. Since then I have been losing about 35-40% of my battery overnight, I'm a very power-conscious person, I only use wi-fi, 3g when i need to and i usually keep everything off except data, notifications are to a minimum and location services are off as well as brightness being as low as possible. What is going on? Any help is appreciated
