What's the best price for an unlocked white 16GB iphone 5? I can't find a price better than apples and it a bit of a rip!

IPhone is a premium phone, and apple tightly controls distribution. It is unlikely you will find a price better than Apple's. Why do you expect to find a better price? The phone is selling, the demand is high, why would someone discount it?
