What's up with this iPhone Cellular Playback thing?

This is happening to some of my songs for some reason. When I select them this message comes up and it automatically skips the song I chose, it only happens to like three of them but the only reason this is really a problem is because it won't let me delete them, and my phone is only like 8 GB (Hey Apple! Wanna make this not as bad? Answer: Micro SD Cards!) so I need to keep monitoring it since an 8 gig is really like 6.3 internal storage available.

So all I really want to know is why this happens and what I can do to fix it or at least get rid of them if its possible.

Actually, the better solution is to buy the phone with more storage capacity that better suits your needs. My Galaxy Nexus doesn't have MicroSD, but it has 32GB of storage space (it's actually less after formatting and such, but still quite a bit). Also, the solution to your problem is given to you in the prompt: enable cellular playback in your settings. You should be able to get rid of them if you actually connect your device to your computer, open iTunes, and manually manage your device.
