What's wrong with my phone? How to fix?

So i just recently broke my iPhone 6 plus digitizer and i had my dad replace it.It was fine but now my phone won't turn on.I've tried a hard reset and many other things even going back to the broken screen and nothing seems to work, i've connected it to Itunes and it shows up and it shows its charging but it won't turn on. How can i fix this? I've already wiped and recovered it multiple times and nothing seems to get the screen to turn back on.

It was working fine yesterday just sitting on table connected to laptop charging and when i checked this morning it was dead… Not turned on at all.akready checked the charger and attempt to turn it on but it does nothing. Only thing it does is it will connect to computer and itunes but it won't turn on at all. Is it just that its old or is there a way to get it to turn on?

Whenever I have them plugged into my iPhone it makes my phone start glitching (like Siri keeps popping up, music randomly plays and pauses, etc). Then yesterday the right earbud just stopped working completely and I can't get it to work. Just so know, I have been taking good care of them ever since I got them a couple months ago, and I just want to know how to fix this problem.
