When apple give you a new iphone for free is it second hand?
I recently figured that my iphone 5 had faults such as the camera was cracked from the inside so i went to apple and because I was on warranty the gave me a new free iphone, but the phone they gave me has many small scratches on its frame and a few dints.
So do you think it's not new and if so is there anyway I can convince them to give me an actual new on (btw I'm still on warranty)
THEY COULDNT FIX IT So THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER.
No, you can only get a refurbished one.

My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired.
