When does Apple iOS 7 come out? - For iPhone (What Time)?

When does iOS 7 come out, like what time? I know iOS 7 will be released on September 18th, but what is the exact time on September 18th it will be released? At midnight, PST time? I live in EST, and I wanna know if I will be able to update iOS 7 in the morning before school.

Since you live in EST. IOS 7 will be released at 10:00 a.m.

I don't know the exact time, however I can say I believe the last few iOS versions came out around 10 am EST.

The software itself is about 1 GB in size. However long it will take to download all depends on how good your Internet connection is. After that I'd say maybe 10 minutes Install, maybe less.

10am PT is the time Apple usually has their conferences if there's one scheduled on that day, so it will likely be the time iOS 7 is released & is usually the time major iOS releases are done.
