When does ios 7 come out on iphone 4?

Nobody knows. It will be the same day for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S and everything else. September 10th is a popular guess.
Nobody knows for certain besides Apple, and they're not telling. The sixth beta came out not too long ago, and a seventh beta has been rumored for a September 5th release, preceding an alleged September 10th Apple Event which would feature the iOS 7 Golden Master along with a so-called iPhone "5S" and/or "5C." Again, this is all mere speculation from across the internet, and despite all the supposed "leaks" and "reports from sources close to Apple," nobody really knows.

I've already synced it, and backed it up to iCloud, but it seems as if the version for the most recent iOS update for iPhone 4 hasn't come out yet. When does a new version usually come out? How long does it normally take?
