When does the unlocked iphone 5s come out?
Because i want to be able to use any sim inside it, when does it come out and what would the price be?

It's already out since last month but stocks are really limited. Mine was shipped yesterday. The cost is £549/£629/£709 for 16/32/64GB and it's only available from the Apple store, either online or bricks & mortar.
It is already available in places like Canada, the UK, France, etc. If you meant the US in particular then if last year is an indication late November for $649, 749, 849.
