When I sing I sound good in my head but on recording it doesn't sound as good?

I understand why this is but I want to know if it is because my iPhone recording quality isn't good. If not how do I actually listen to how others hear me sing.

I would not record on an I phone. Get a mic and sing for real.

Use a decent microphone, and monitor your vocal with headphones that don't artificially boost the The RØDE NT-USB and Podcaster microphones, for example, include headphone jacks and can be powered by a standard USB charger, so you can hear yourself with great accuracy with no other Other manufacturers produce similar microphones, but it's essential to check user reviews to verify quality, especially when purchasing I recommend buying from a local store that allows you to try microphones on the spot.

  • Why won't my iPhone 4s play music without head phones but does with them? I tried listening to pandora without headphones, on the speakers, and it wouldn't work there wasn't even a little volume adjuster. But it worked when I talked to Siri or do a speaker phone call.
  • Songs to sing at my cousins wedding? So, I'm 14 and I have been asked to sing at my cousins wedding and I said no unless I get an iPhone (jokingly) then I got an iPhone so my parents say I must sing, but I have no idea what song! My cousin is 27 and the person she is getting married to is 25 so I was thinking a song from around the late 1980's. Does anybody have any ideas of songs?
  • My car head unit charges via USB but won't play music? I bought a Dual XDM260 head unit for my 2000 Chrysler LHS. When i plug my iPhone 5 in via USB it charges and the USB mode pops up then quickly changes to auxiliary. The manual says that the unit is capable of doing such a thing but for some reason won't. Is there anything I can do?
  • Is the app, Smule Sing live? Smule sing is an app for an ipod, iphone, etc. You can check it out here: https://itunes.apple.com/...93510?mt=8 but do you think it is live when you sing with other people or is it just a recording of them? I was just wondering, thank you.
