When i try to sync new music to my iphone says it will erase whole iphone?
I got a new laptop downloaded itunes and when i tried to sync new music to my iphone it said it will erase iphone. Will it delete just my music and tones or will it delete my contacts pics and all that? Need help people thanks
Try backing up the iPhone to the new laptop first, it might prevent iTunes from syncing with "blank"
It will erase the whole Iphone, like, the case, the screen, everything. There shall be no proof of its existense.
It will make your itunes data bank(include software) same as iphone, and the software which is not from the computer could be deleted from iPhone. So you need to transfer all the softwares you need to itunes before you sync.
It is because your iphone can only be synced from one computer and one only. It can be authorized on mutiple computers but can only sync from one computer itunes library. You should backup the iphone to the old computer and then move all the stuff from the old computer to your new laptop or backup the iphone to the new laptop, make sure everything is backed up. Then click sync. It will still come up with that message but this time it will sync the new music plus all the old stuff back onto the iphone. I had this same problem multiple times. If it seems to hard to do this just use the old computer to sync for your iphone if you can. That is what I did. Hope it helps
