When is the space station visible from Indiana?

I've been tracking with my iPhone but it always seems to be towards the north pole doesn't ever come above the horizon

Since Polaris is well above the horizon for any location in Indiana, if the ISS is near it, then it is visible.
spaceweather.com and heavensabove.org each have the info so long as you are able to provide them with your latitude and longitude

Not sure how you are only getting data for sighting opportunities that are all extremely north. You may need to fine tune your exact latitude and longitude, but this source is quite reliable:
