Apple has recently been launching its new iPhones in September, so maybe sometime around then. But really, we won't know for sure until Apple announces it.
Apple claims "late summer 2014" release, but I agree September is most likely.

Most likely September. Although, I'm hearing rumors of apple releasing a phablet this May.
