When will i notice weight loss?

When will weight loss be noticed? I'm going to the gym about 4-5 times a week. I spend 1-3 hours everytime i go. My workout consits of 30-45 minutes of eliptical &

It depends, you can work off 1000 calories in an intense weight lifting workout, but if you eat 1500 calories right after you still gained weight.

Count your calories and exercise. To loose weight. The formula is simple

Net calorie loss = Food intake - exercise - body's daily needs
E.g.
= 1500 - 500 - 1500
= -500
Do that everyday and you will lose a pound in a week ( 7 x 500 = 3500)

3500 calories is a pound. Also remember muscle weights more than fat so your probably gaining muscle and that could account for the weight gain. That does not mean your getting fat. It takes at least 2 weeks to see a notable difference, and the difference varies sometimes there's more loss/gain etc. Your body keeps adjusting, its a clever design.

Weight loss is simple, calories in, calories out. Just stop thinking about food so much, move more, weight will come off

  • Iphone 4 temperature notice? Tuesday the 2nd I dropped my iphone 4 down the toilet, i put it in rice til the following tuesday i then took it out and took the back and battery out (because this was the day the screwdriver to get the back off came) and today I took it back out of the rice, replaced the battery and charged it turned it on the temperature page still won't stop coming up even though my phone is cool. Does anyone know what I could do to stop the page coming up?
  • I sent some audio imessages accidentally to a wrong person and then i notice those messages had disappeared. What was that about? I'm new to iphones so i have no idea… did that person delete them? Or did they disappear for some other reason? their phone number was an email account.
